Brookline Thrives is a volunteer-run organization that provides free weekend food to local families who could benefit from additional food options for their children over the weekend. Your help is very much appreciated! There are many volunteer shifts every week during the school year, from packing bags to distributing bags at schools and at our community pickup locations. Notice of School Committee Vacancy

The Brookline School Committee is seeking applicants to temporarily fill the seat on the School Committee vacated by the resignation of Nancy Rhei Gorer. The interim appointment will begin in October 2023 and will continue until the May 2024 Town Election. Candidates must be registered Brookline voters.

Brookline Thrives School delivery volunteer needed at Heath

Brookline Thrives is a FREE weekend food program for all school families who may benefit from additional food options for their children over the weekend. Thrives is looking for a volunteer to help distribute weekend food bags to Heath classrooms on Thursday afternoons between 3-3:30pm. This is a wonderful opportunity to help Thrives deliver bags to families in our school. A full walkthrough will be given prior to your first week as a volunteer.
