Survey Responses to Brookline's Comprehensive Plan
Posted: 2/27/2026 4:14 pm
The Town of Brookline is currently seeking community input as it develops its Comprehensive Plan. This plan will guide community priorities on land use, transportation, open space, economic development etc. This will have significant implications for current and future families in the town and for the school system, influencing the town’s fiscal condition, population trends, and overall planning. It will therefore be extremely valuable for the community to provide feedback through the following channels:
- The public is encouraged to complete an online survey from now until March 2. Topics include priorities for mobility and accessibility, sustainability, commercial areas, community well-being, and housing and growth scenarios.
- Community members can host their own “meeting-in-a-box” conversations using provided activities and a discussion guide. Materials are available online or for pickup at Town Hall. This option is designed to capture group or neighborhood-specific input.
