Brookline Peer Music Program

Are you a student or parent of a student at a Brookline elementary/middle school who is interested in free music lessons from BHS musicians?

At the Brookline Music Program, we believe that music is a great way for people to express themselves. However, we understand that not every family can meet the financial needs, or even the time and effort, that come with coordinating music/instrumental lessons.

We strongly feel that everyone should have an equal opportunity to pursue what they are passionate about, which is why our goal is to coordinate free lessons to all Brookline elementary middle school students. Additionally, the Brookline Music Program is a great way for middle schoolers to connect with high schoolers and develop a mentor-like relationship.

After submitting the application form on our website, you will receive an email regarding the status of your application. Then, once we find a pairing, you and the mentor will agree on a day of the week, a time, and location.
