DPW's Stewardship Sundays

Dane Park on Hammond St. (parking available at the Municipal Service Center)

Starting Sunday, April 26 from 10AM to 12PM

Come once or once a month! Stewardship Sundays is Brookline Department of Public Works’ ongoing initiative to foster community involvement in the maintenance and care of wild areas within the Town. Every month, volunteers will work alongside Town staff to rebuild trails and remove problematic invasive plants. These projects make a lasting impact on these spaces and improve them not just for park visitors, but for the countless wild species that live and thrive in these woodland and wetland systems.

All tools and necessary supplies will be provided. Participants should bring water and dress appropriately for working in off-trail conditions. Projects will start at 10am just inside the entrance to Dane Park off Hammond St.
